Designed with 3D printing and digital manufacturing in mind, the model is suitable for makers, designers, engineers, home-office users, and productivity-focused workspaces. Designed for FDM 3D printing, the model can be produced using materials such as PLA, PETG or ABS.

The RAAIN TECH Fusion Desk Organizer is designed for FDM 3D printing and can be manufactured using PLA, PETG, or ABS. The recommended overall size is kept within a 220 × 220 mm print bed, making it suitable for standard desktop 3D printers. A 0.4 mm nozzle, 0.20 mm layer height, 3–4 wall/perimeter lines, 4–5 top/bottom layers, and 15–25% infill are recommended for a good balance between strength, print quality, and material usage.

The main body uses approximately 4 mm wall/base thickness, while modular components generally use 3 mm walls. For assembled or sliding components, a typical 0.4–0.6 mm total clearance is recommended depending on the printer calibration and material used.
