Model is fully articulated the arm and extension can be put in any height. Rear tires which steer the vehicle can also be positioned as you like.

Please Note:

You can build the lifter in any position however the arm wires always came loose from the glue when I moved the parts. This might have been due to the wire type I used. If you build it with the cable run, I recommend you glue all the parts and make the model static. Also, if you model the lifter carrying a container, you likely will need to glue the wheels to your layout as the body is not heavy enough to carry it without falling forward.
