I messaged them 2 minutes after purchasing seeing there was another model with more textures in his portfolio that I really wanted. He went the extra mile sent me the file no extra charge to help build what I was looking for. Messages back way faster than expected. Good quality file, good after product care service when not needed, and fast response time.
The STL is bad, has a bunch of hollow areas in many places, impossible to print in high quality and multi-color printing properly.. really not worth the $
Excellent file and service. Very helpful and prompt with response and conversion. I will be getting more files in the future.
