Greetings, Crafters, Printers, and Designers! Astrium Animus here, providing you with protection against swords, axes, arrows, and even bullets with the Seige Shield!

This printable 3D model was inspired by the scene from The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies, where the Dwarves of the Iron Hills form a defensive shield wall in front of the Orcs. Having enjoyed the protrayal of the shield wall, I took the idea and created my own version of the shield, which potrays symbols related to the Dwarves. A hammer and anvil both symbolize their skills in the craft of smithing and forging, while the lightning bolts on either side signify the power of the dwarves. The fire between the hammer and the anvil symbolizes the dwarven passion of crafting, as well as their fierce determination.

Created through Sketchup 2017 and Ultimaker Cura, you can now print the shields and create your own shield wall!
