Roman Emperor Trajan 98 to 117 AD.Emperor Trajan's Military Might

Emperor Trajan was a Roman Emperor who ruled from 98 to 117 AD. He is often considered one of the greatest emperors in Roman history, known for his military conquests, public works, and social welfare programs.

Trajan was born in Spain in 53 AD and rose through the ranks of the Roman army to become a highly respected general. He was elected emperor in 98 AD after the death of Emperor Nerva, who had adopted him as his successor.

Trajan's military conquests were some of the most significant in Roman history. He expanded the empire to its largest size by conquering Dacia (modern-day Romania) and Mesopotamia (modern-day Iraq), and he defeated the Parthian Empire, a long-standing rival of Rome. These victories brought great wealth and prestige to the empire.

Trajan was also known for his extensive public works projects. He commissioned the construction of numerous roads, aqueducts, and public buildings throughout the empire, including the famous Trajan's Column in Rome, which commemorated his victories in Dacia.

In addition to his military and public works achievements, Trajan was also known for his social welfare programs. He implemented policies to provide aid to the poor and the sick, and he established public schools to provide education for the children of the empire.

Trajan died in 117 AD while on a campaign in the east, and he was succeeded by his adopted son, Hadrian. Today, Trajan is remembered as one of the most successful and accomplished emperors in Roman history, and his reign is often considered a golden age of the empire.

FAQ

Q: Can I change the scale of the model for more heroic proportions?A: The proportions will stay the same, but the model will appear larger, giving it a more heroic look. The model is already slightly on the heroic side.

Q: My model is smaller when printed. Why?A: This is likely due to resin shrinkage. Make sure to scale the model up according to your resin's shrinkage percentage. For example, if the resin shrinks 5%, scale all parts to 105% in your slicer.

Q: My model appears small when importing into the slicer. How do I fix that?A: Scale the model up 10 times (or to 1000%) and it should be at the correct default scale.

Q: My model appears red when importing into the slicer and shows topology issues. Why?A: This is most likely a slicer glitch, as we have test-printed our models multiple times with no issues. Join us on Discord to share your experiences.
