Description
The Chrysler Building is a 1046ft (319m) tall skyscraper in New York City. Among the most famous buildings in New York and the world, the building stood as one of the tallest buildings in the world, second only to the Empire State Building, for decades. It's enduring legacy as one of the finest art deco buildings in America make it a celebrated landmark. The building is famous for being one of the buildings to compete with the Empire State Building and 40 Wall St in an unofficial skyscraper war in New York in the interwar period. For a brief 11 months after its completion in 1930, it was the tallest building in the world.
Because this building is particularly tall, it can be downloaded as a single model or split into two halves to allow for prints of the building in a larger scale.

Really well detailed model. Even at 195mm high all details nice and crisp. Can't wait to go bigger!

Very nice. I had to scale it down to 80% to fit my Prusa Mini but it printed with no problems and good detail, except for the spire on top. I would probably need a smaller nozzle to print that at the reduced scale. I used a small amount of thick superglue to join the halves. With the spire snipped off, it looks perfect. I might try again with a 0.25 nozzle. Next time, I'll get a bigger printer :)
