This CAD asset provides a set of four graduated sizes for a two-part tongue and groove box clasp, commonly used for bracelets and necklaces. Each clasp is composed of a rectangular outer housing and a corresponding V-shaped spring tongue insert engineered to latch securely. The models are detailed as separate components, illustrating the internal mechanism and the logic for assembly. This digital jewelry model set is designed so that each clasp size can be produced from a 3D-printed master pattern intended for a lost-wax casting workflow. Specific dimensions are provided for four primary lengths: 8.10 mm, 13.04 mm, 16.10 mm, and 19.32 mm.
