The zip file contains all the specified formats.

The default size is 415 / 246 mm/30m (16.33 / 9.7/ 1.18inches), but it can be scaled to your desired size.

For 3D Printing import the STL files into your slicer program, scale it to your desired size, set your printing settings and prepare the file for printing.
