3D model descriptionDesigned by HIDAKA.Practical 3D printable designs from Japan.
This kitchen sink bag holder was designed to solve one simple everyday problem.
I wanted a simple way to keep a plastic bag or drain net securely in place while using it, but still be able to remove it easily when it was time to throw away the waste.
Many conventional kitchen corner holders either require a dedicated net, allow the bag to move during use, or make removal more complicated than necessary.
Instead of adding hinges, clips, springs or other mechanisms, I designed a simple two-piece structure consisting of a BASE and a PRESSER.
Place a bag or drain net over the BASE, then fit the PRESSER onto it.
The mating shape between the BASE and PRESSER helps hold the bag or net securely during use.
When it is time to dispose of the waste, the PRESSER can be easily removed from the BASE.
Simple.Reliable.Easy to use.
