Guardian Egg Holder Cup

Guardian Egg Holder Cup 3D print model

Description

This model is inspired by the prequel to Zelda BOTW Hyrule Warriors Age of Calamity and its Egg Guardian character which can be seen on the poster.

You can choose a three legged or two legged version.

This model prints in place without supports. There are 5 optional parts: Egg cup with the legs Egg cup without legs Egg hat Eye ring – prints out flat and then you can glue the ends to make the ring Egg size tester

PRINTER SETTINGS The model doesn’t need any supports and print as is in place. Make sure to check that the first layer is calibrated properly so that the movable parts don't merge together.

At 100% scale the egg is made for a European medium size egg. You can use the tester piece to try out the scale which best fits your average egg size. The testing piece bends quite easily but the cup will not so keep that in mind when choosing the right size. The egg in the pictures is a duck egg which is bigger than a large chicken egg and the cup was scaled to 109%.

The parts are smaller than 100 mm and should fit on any FDM printer.

The cup in the pictures was printed at a 0.2 mm layer height with no supports. Printing settings will vary greatly depending on your specific printer.
