Decorative Santa Claus with Trays (Segmented STL for 3D Printing)
This is a set of segmented STL files, ideal for multi-color 3D printing or to facilitate the printing of complex details and post-processing (painting, assembly).
The model represents Santa Claus, designed as a decorative piece that functionally holds two small trays (or plates/bowls) in his hands.
STL Package Contents:
The model has been carefully divided into four (4) main parts to optimize print quality and assembly:
Head: Includes the face, hat, and beard. (Allows for easier painting of facial details and the hat).
Body: Torso representing Santa Claus's coat. (Main piece for stability).
Arms: Arm segments separated from the body, designed with joints or contact surfaces for attaching the trays. (Includes the hands).
Trays / Plates: The two circular/oval pieces that Santa Claus will hold. (Can be printed separately in contrasting colors, such as gold or silver).
Key Features:
Purpose: Seasonal Christmas decoration, table centerpiece, and a functional item for serving small sweets, snacks, or displaying small objects.
Details: High level of detail in Santa's outfit, beard, and facial expressions.
Assembly: It is recommended to use an adhesive or plastic glue (such as super glue) to join the parts. It is crucial to ensure that the arms and trays are firmly fixed.
Scale: The model is scaled for a centerpiece size but can be adjusted according to the user's preference. Check the dimensions of the body and tray to ensure the desired final size.
Printing Recommendations:
Material: PLA or PETG.
Supports: Necessary for overhanging parts, especially on the arms and where the hat/beard meets the head.
Infill: 15-20% is recommended for the Body for stability.• Quality:layer height = 0.2 mm
• Infill:density = 15 %
• Material:temperature = 220 ºCplate = 50 ºC
• Speed:print speed = 200 mm/s (K1 Max / K1 / K1C)
• Support:structure = treeplacement = touching build plate
