This is an 85T spur gear i've made as a direct copy to what was fitted to my car when I acquired it. I think the original was 78T but im not entirely sure, there were no spares with the car. As you can see it fits the layshaft perfectly.I printed it flat but raised it off the bed by 4mm.ASA is the filament ive used in the one in the photo, this hasnt been tested running yet but it may not withstand friction heat so may need grease or you might be better using polycarbonate. My personal favourite is CC3D PC.
