DESCRIPTION

Bring one of Chris-Craft’s rarest late-1950s icons to your workbench with this highly detailed 3D printable RC boat model of the 1958 Silver Arrow, designed for 1/10 scale radio control or display. Inspired by the original 19 ft fiberglass-over-wood runabout with its dramatic fins and V8 power, this model captures the sleek lines, classic two-tone styling, and unique personality of the full-size Silver Arrow in a build you can print at home.

What you’re gettingDigital download only: STL files and PDFs (no physical boat or hardware included).STL files for every component needed to build the 1/8 scale hull, deck, interior, and detail parts of the Silver Arrow. (Trailer not included)

20 page Photo-illustrated instructions (PDF) covering tools, recommended materials, 3D print settings, and step-by-step assembly.

Printable decal page with flags, cockpit gauges, Chris Craft logos, and dashboard badge

Scale and RC details:Designed around a 1/8 scale interpretation of the 19 ft Silver Arrow (28-1/2" in finished hull length).

Hull and structure are engineered for modern electric RC running gear: typical RS-540 or 28–36 mm brushless motor, LiPo pack, and standard servo (components not included).

Internal framing, motor mount, and rudder/strut locations are laid out to support reliable performance on ponds and small lakes.

Can be built as a fully functional RC boat or as a static display model for Chris-Craft and vintage runabout collectors.

Design features:Classic Silver Arrow styling with sculpted fins, wraparound windshield area, and flowing sheer line faithful to the original 1958 design.

Separate printable parts for deck trim, seats, and engine hatch so you can paint and detail them individually for a showroom finish.

Hull split into printer-friendly sections that can be joined for strength and accuracy.

Designed with FDM printing in mind (standard 0.4 mm nozzle), with wall thicknesses and fillets tuned for durability on the water.

Skill level and who it’s for:Ideal for intermediate to advanced 3D printing and RC hobbyists who enjoy detailed projects and scale accuracy.

Great project for classic boat enthusiasts, Chris-Craft fans, and model builders who appreciate late-1950s fiberglass runabouts and want something unique at the pond.

Also well suited for display-only builders who want a striking mid-century Silver Arrow for office, shop, or boathouse decor.

How the digital download works:This is an instant digital download; once your payment is confirmed, Etsy will provide links to download your STL and PDF files directly from your account.Files are delivered in one or more ZIP archives containing all STL parts and documentation; you can save, back up, and reprint them as often as you like for your own use.

No hardware, electronics, paint, or physical parts are included—photos of printed or finished models are examples of what you can build from these files. If you have questions about print settings, scaling, or RC setup before or after purchase, send a message anytime—I’m happy to help you get your Silver Arrow on the water and turning heads like the original 1958 classic.
