A practical snap-fit holder set for mounting cylindrical objects with screws.

The package includes 5 ready-to-print sizes:

• 20 mm
• 25 mm
• 30 mm
• 35 mm
• 40 mm

Each size is supplied in both STL and STEP formats.

The holder uses a flexible snap-fit geometry: the cylindrical object is pushed into the clip and retained without additional clamps or moving parts. The flat mounting plate includes two screw holes.

Physical validation

The original reference version was physically printed and tested in PETG HF on a 22.03 mm diameter cylinder. The tested holder showed good snap-in force and secure retention during real handling.

The 20–40 mm models included in this pack are parametric derivatives of that validated geometry and have been digitally checked, but not every supplied diameter has been physically printed. For another material, printer, or demanding application, printing one test piece first is recommended.

For long or heavy objects, using multiple holders along the object is preferable to making one excessively wide holder.
