Imperial Worker Helmer 3D Print Files Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast

Imperial workers were engineers used by the Imperial Remnant that wore hazardous environment suits as the conditions they had to work in were often dangerous. Primarily used in operating machinery and conducting repairs, therefor were not armoured, though their toughened suits could absorb mild blast damage, and were armed with a DH-17 blaster for personal protection. Many of them were slain by Kyle Katarn when he encountered them on his adventures.

Finding good reference material to help design this helmet was sparse to say the least! Just a few pixelated screenshots from the early naughties. And upon drawing up our plans, I genuinely thought this would be a fairly easy build. As we progressed and figured out how all the shapes work with each other however, it actually became clear how complex and what a lovely design this helmet really is.

We’ve hollowed out the mohawk and added a hole through to the helmet underneath so that you can run wiring/LED’s to add a torch and can print the front glass in clear plastic/resin. There is also a printable mesh to add to the torch.

Included in this pack is the helmet as a whole one part model - with and without visor, in both 100% Scale and 1/6th Scale for figure makers, as well of course as a version carefully separated for higher detail printing and an easier paint and build!

The visor also comes separated as naturally curved to cast or vacuum form from as well as a flat printable template.
