Here is a stainless steel square that totally stiffens the Z axis of the linear rail and a machined aluminum support that totally stiffens the Y axis of your PHROZEN SONIC MINI and MINI 4K 3D printer. The excellent LCD display of this machine allows for high precision prints, but its lack of precision on the Z and Y axis means that many prints, especially with castable resins, are missed. These 2 pieces completely solve this problem.

This pack contains the plans necessary for the manufacturing (dwg and pdf), the 3D model (STEP), as well as the assembly instructions. The part fits perfectly to the original parts and is very easy to install. Simply send the “MANUFACTURING PLANS” folder to your local CNC mechanic and request a quote for the number of parts you wish to order. If you don't know anything about the CNC, no problem! The pack also includes 2 names of companies that provide CNC machining services at very competitive prices.

how do you bolt the z axis reinforcement? puncture a screw in the bottom plate?

I advise to put through screws with washers and a nut under the plate.
