mjs2008 Bow Thruster 30-50mm 3D print model

rev. 210319 (19-03-2021) Printable bow thruster for scale model ships. Different sizes included: 30, 35, 40, 45, 50mm - each can be also downsized by few percent to match exact requirements (note that the metal parts should be also matched).

Parts for 2 versions to build: a) working propeller with bevel gears b) side blade prop

Motor mount: 1) on top 2) on side with gears (preferable and easier to build)

Printing: material ABS (required!), layer 0.2mm (or 0.1mm), no support , no brim, 20% cooling from layer 4 upwards is recommended (or better required). For assembly a glues for plastic and metal are needed (for eg. Revell Contacta for ABS-ABS and UHU Plus for metal-ABS). G-Code files included for Prusa MK3S.
