I'm afraid the design is not at all useful as a single shot adapter. The dimensions are wrong - it won't even fit in my rifle. Once you resize it the feed ramp doesn't work at all as it doesn't line up with the chamber. Better off just starting from scratch and making your own after all the work I put into trying to make this work.
