Hi...I payed this model but does not open as STL file (none of their parts) in Lychee Slicer Software. Maybe it is corrupted but there are a lot of holes impossible to fix for me. BTW as you noticed I tried to ask for your corrections but did not respond. I wish it was work. Finally I ask CGtrader a refund.
