I'm on the quest of inventing new things again, so here is another cool project that will boost your armor build.

The energy shield on paz's gauntlet is something we did mention before, so i finally decided to jump into making this one. Ofc i couldn't just make the shield i had to update the gauntlet as well.

So the idea is to have thicker and thinner geometry when printed in clear/translucent filament or clear resin will give the illusion of an energy shield.

It works even better if there is light behind it !!

I did a smaller scale test with a Translucent PLA by reprap but any translucent/clear filament as well resin should do the trick.

The shield comes as a single piece as well cut in 4 parts for easier printing and for you to test it out some further. It has a mounting point that attaches to the gauntlet so you can take it on/off whenever you like.

The shape of the left gauntlet is updated, making it more accurate.

I have provided an example photo of a mini so you can see the idea behind it :D

The shield is smooth on the outside but the details on the inside are what makes it work, so it should be as close as we can get to a real energy shield.
