References were extremely limited, so a lot of this came down to carefully estimating the shape flow and reconstructing the parts as accurately as possible.

And even though it might not look like it at first glance, this turned into a massive project — the NCR Ranger helmet as seen in the final episode of Fallout Season 2

One feature I’m especially excited about is the customizable mesh grids on the respirator and inner ear sections. You can fully control the size, thickness, and style of the mesh. I’ve included a photo guide and 3MF file so you can easily create your own variations and get the exact look you want.
