files have errors and are scaled wildly incorrectly. will be very difficult to print well if at all

The model was not the same provider explained to me, I even couldn't make 3D model out it. It has couples of geometric issues. Before putting the review here, I tried couple of times to reach out to the provider asking for correcting the model but there was no response.
