Microphone Stand DIY kit

Microphone Stand DIY kit 3D print model

Description

This is a microphone stand for a small electret condenser microphone. You can self made microphone stand using the electret condenser microphone.

The dimension of a suitable electret condenser microphone is 6 mm in diameter and 3.5 mm in thickness (maximum 4 mm). [This kit requires you to buy an electret condenser microphone at another store.]

If the electret condenser microphone is small, adjust the gap with a spacer or the like. You can not use larger size than above.

ABS has toughness, therefore it is suitable for printing material of this model. Please set the printer setting to high accuracy mode. (0.1 mm is desirable)

[About assembly]

  1. Solder the shielded cord to the electret condenser microphone and pass the cord through the body. (Use the code diameter smaller than 2 mm.)

  2. Insert the microphone into the cap and at the same time bond(glue) the cap to the body.

  3. Bond(glue) the attachment to the body.

  4. After the bond(glue) dried, insert to the base plate. At this time, be careful as the fitting part is fragile. Peeling occurs when the adhesion of the material is insufficient in printing.

  5. It is also possible to fix the cord to the base plate by cord stopper parts.
