Universal Exhaust Header Design Tool with angle detents 3D print model

This set of files in designed by me to help you design your own turbo exhaust header before spending many hundreds of dollars on stainless steel weld elbows. By downloading these files and printing the parts multiple times you will have all you need to figure out the routing of yout header tubes simulating weld elbows.

This design is not a copy of the ICE Engineworks product which costs a LOT of money, and it has some features that I feel improve the product, specifically the snap togeather nature and the detent every 10 degrees of clocking of the elbows.

Note this particular set of files is modelled on Weld Elbows that are schedule 10 with an ID of 1.68". I will be making other sizes in the future. if you need a specific size please let me know.

Also included in this set is a plug that mates with my VW 07K header flange that allows the elbows to snap onto the plug on the flange. My 07K header flange is available here on CG Trader as well.

You will need to have your own collector, a real one is fine.

Notes:I included a GCODE file from my Bambu Labs X1C, this plate prints in about 12 hours.The parts are designed to print standing up with minimal supportsPlease use a wide Brim to support the parts while printing, I used 5mm.Parts work OK in PLA but the clips can break off. If you can, print in ABS as they are much more durable.You will need to print several beds of these parts to get a full set, depending on the complexity of hte header you are building.
