DESCRIPTION

Skull head for gear shifter/stick with M12x1,25 thread (make sure that it fits your car).

There are two version, one with the thread connected to the skull and one with a hole and thread insert.

First one I would recommend if you're planning on printing it with an FDM printer, just make sure that the bottom face of the thread is parallel to the print bed.

The second one I would recommend if you're planning on printing it with a resin printer. Print the head with a resin printer and the thread insert with an FDM printer, because from my experience resin printed threads wear of more easily. There's some tolerance already between the head and the threaded insert but some sanding may be needed for it to fit.

Lastly, whichever version you decide to print I would advise to print just the thread insert first to make sure it fits, if not; scale it up or down a little just on the XY axis and make sure to apply that scale to the head aswell only on the XY axis. Also keep in mind that plastic shrinks and expends with the changes in temperature so it would be best if you tested the fit while it's hot/warm outside.
