Reverse-engineered from the factory fastner dimensions, it directly replaces missing, brittle, or broken OEM clips. The model features optimized snap-fit retention tabs to hold body panels flush against the sheet metal, eliminating alignment gaps and preventing panel vibration rattles.

Print Recommendations:Material: PETG, ABS or ASA (ABS or ASA is highly recommended to provide the necessary structural flexing during panel snap-in without fracturing, while resisting cabin/door-cavity heat cycles)Layer height: 0.20mm to 0.12mm optional (Moderate to low layer heights ensure the locking tabs print with sharp definition)Infill: 40–60% (Since this is a small functional fastener, increasing the perimeter wall lines is critical for maximum shear strength)Supports: may vary depending on the model orientation and print bed direction.
