Restoration of a Missing Jack Point Cover – Mercedes CL55 AMGThe legendary Mercedes CL55 AMG is a vehicle that deserves precision and attention to detail. One of our clients contacted us with a specific issue – a missing decorative jack point cover on the side skirt. Though small in size, this part plays a key role in the finished look of the vehicle, especially in a premium model like this.

The client provided the original cover from the opposite side, which allowed us to use it as a reference. We performed a high-precision 3D scan and created a CAD model using Fusion 360. All attachment points and alignment features were carefully verified and replicated in the new model.

After digital modeling, we printed the part using a durable material suitable for exterior applications. The resulting replica was accurate, sturdy, and aesthetically excellent – fully compatible with the original in both form and function.

The final result is impressive – the cover fit perfectly and restored the original sleek appearance of the side skirt. Upon request, we can also apply surface finishing or primer for a true OEM match.
