Printed this with ABS for 3 times to 2 different Yamaha XSR owners. They are being used for 2 years without problems.

Headlight inner max diameter 145 mm, modelled as 3 mm solid shell. Better to print it faster and stronger with 1 mm nozzle as 3 passes as a shell. To use it as an end product post processes (sanding, putty, priming, painting) needed by a professional auto painter.
