UPDATE!I added a helmet for a small figurine. You can see the helmet and head sizes on the photos. Hole diameter for connecting 2 parts is 1 mm. The front part of the helmet is movable.

The helmet is divided into several parts for easy printing.

What is the wall thickness?

Very well thought out, I like how it mimics a vac-formed model (more difficult to print at times) but looks great, I'm glueing the parts I cut up right now and it everything fits amazingly.
