The mold is intended for the tire manufacture from silicone or similar flexible material in scale 1:10, 1:14, 1:25. It consists of 2 parts: top and bottom part. Each part can be 3D printed without supports.

Mold dimensions 1:10:

• diameter – 166 mm
• height – 52.5 mm

Tire dimensions 1:10:

• outer diameter – 126 mm
• overall width – 42.5 mm
• inner diameter – 57.5 mm

Mold dimensions 1:14:

• diameter – 130 mm
• height – 40.5 mm

Tire dimensions 1:14:

• outer diameter – 90 mm
• overall width – 30.5 mm
• inner diameter – 41 mm

Mold dimensions 1:25:

• diameter – 90 mm
• height – 27 mm

Tire dimensions 1:25:

• outer diameter – 50 mm
• overall width – 17 mm
• inner diameter – 23 mm

If you want a different wheel size, simply scale the mold.

The bottom mold part has 5 special bosses and Top mold part has 5 special holes to guide mold parts in the closed state. Also, there are 4 slots for better opening with a screwdriver or similar instrument.In the Top mold part are 4 small holes for material injection.Both mold parts have 4 holes with diameter 6 mm for bolting it in closed state.Note!
