The mold is intended for the tire manufacture from silicone or similar flexible material in scale 1:10, 1:25, 1:64. It consists of 2 parts: top and bottom part. Each part can be 3D printed without supports.

Mold dimensions 1:10:

• diameter – 140 mm
• height – 67 mm

Tire dimensions 1:10:

• outer diameter – 100 mm
• overall width – 52 mm
• inner diameter – 47 mm

Mold dimensions 1:25:

• diameter – 80 mm
• height – 31 mm

Tire dimensions 1:25:

• outer diameter – 40 mm
• overall width – 21 mm
• inner diameter – 19 mm

Mold dimensions 1:64:

• diameter – 45.6 mm
• height – 16.2 mm

Tire dimensions 1:64:

• outer diameter – 15.6 mm
• overall width – 8.2 mm
• inner diameter – 7.35 mm

If you want a different wheel size, simply scale the mold.

The bottom mold part has 5 special bosses and Top mold part has 5 special holes to guide mold parts in the closed state. Also, there are 4 slots for better opening with a screwdriver or similar instrument.In the Top mold part are 4 small holes for material injection.Both mold parts have 4 holes with diameter 6 mm for bolting it in closed state.Note!
