This 3D printable model is a full size wearable helmet of bounty hunter Asajj Vetress

Files contain pieces of the helmet (STL) ready to be 3D printed on 200 x 200 x 200 mm 3D printers and 3D model files that are not cut into smaller pieces (OBJ)

This model is a part of the Asajj Ventress bundle (Helmet, Armor, Lightsaber).

SCALE

At 100% scale the helmet’s total dimensions are approx.:

Width: 283 mm

Depth: 323 mm

Height: 360 mm

You can scale the model according to your head measurements. It is good to make it a little bigger and then add cushioning to the inside for a snug and comfortable fit.

PRINTER SETTINGS

As the helmet is quite big, it is meant to be post-processed (sanding, glueing, painting). We recommend a layer height of 0.1 to 0.3 mm on FDM printers. All parts are aligned to the printing platform for easy manipulation. Most of the parts need minimal or no use of printing supports to save printing time and filament. For reliable printing, we also recommend setting a brim to the helmet shell parts, because of their height and low thickness. It will ensure that the parts will not come off the printing platform during the printing process. Printing settings will vary greatly depending on your specific printer.This model was created by someone from our 3Demon team. It is fan-made.
