In the file there are 9 *.stl files of each puzzle part. You can make the puzzle as big as you want. It is even possible to make 100x100 pieces, just make more puzzle edges and middle parts.

Some numbers:- 1 part is max: 64mm X 64mm x 5mm- Total volume: 110cm²
