I'm offering a 1:100 scale RC-ready model of a German Navy frigate, specifically the Brandenburg-class frigate.
The hull is constructed from nine sections that can be glued and/or screwed together. At 1:100 scale, the model is approximately 138 cm long and weighs just under 3 kg (without electronics).
All parts are designed to be printed in a 220 x 220 x 250 mm build volume.
I've printed two of these ships myself in PLA; ABS/PETG are also suitable.
All 144 files are compatible with FDM printing, but I recommend resin printing some parts (e.g., MLG27mm).
All parts are suitable for FDM printing. Included in the package:
All files needed to build the ship, including, for example:
(excerpt only)
- Hull
- Superstructure
- Sensors (navigation radar(s), radio masts, fire control, main radar system)
- Effectors (76mm, missile bays, MLG, MASS, Exocet/Harpoon)
- Details (railings, bulkheads, pre-wetting)
- RC parts (rudder, servo arms, connectors)
Special features:
- RC prepared (servo mounts for 40 x 20 x 38.5 mm,motor mounts for 540 motors)
- Rotating main radar systems (via N20 geared motor)
Required to build the model as a static display:
- This file
- Approx. 24x M3 screws and nuts
- Optional: glue, square magnets (10x5x2 mm),round magnets (4 mm diameter, 2 mm height)
For operation, see below. Required:16 additional M3 screws and nuts, approximately 10 M2x12 screws or longer, and 10 nuts, motors, speed controller, servo, transmitter/receiver, sealant (spray or resin), shaft and stern tube (approx. 235 mm), shaft coupling.
Assembly instructions:
I started with the hull, gluing and screwing two parts together at a time. Then I completed the hull.
Next, the shaft, followed by the joint, and thenthe motors. After that, the superstructure can be completed, and finally, the details.

I personally revised almost all the files for this model in version 2 (offered here).

Hull:Printed vertically, 100% infill, manual supports at the connectors.
The rest: Compatible with 0.2mm layer height and standard settings.
I tried to avoid supports where possible, using manual ones; otherwise, mostly standard. Tree supports have proven effective for radar systems and effectors (except MASS and 76mm).
!! The files are named as follows !!
x2 means print twice,
m means mirror.
