Easy printable 'print by colour' Post-Xcution Zangetsu Sword from Bleach! With 1.7 meters ('accurate' size from the bleach wikipedia) this is one impressive sword to show off!

Comes with pre-sliced files for a minimal print area of 210x10x175 ( 175.zip), 210x10x350 (350.zip) and unsliced files (full.zip) so you can slice this in meshmixer to your own required size. Comes with a regular or a blunt tip, the blunt tip ensures the sword can lean on itself without breaking off the point of the sword.

Strength is gained by using multiple 10x10 aluminum u-profiles (note: this bigger sword needs more support then the 6x6 on other Zangetsu swords) which compared to a regular rod is 'unbendable' light weight and doesn't have issues where a model can twist around it. The silver-black part fit easily together with slits and inside the black part there is room for a 6mm rod for internal strength. Add your own fabric to the handle for the ultimate cosplay
