Goblin Slayer Helmet

Goblin Slayer Helmet 3D print model

Description

Goblin Slayer is the series' main character, an experienced silver ranked adventurer who only concerns himself with hunting goblins.

There is a version with battle damage and a version without battle damage. Each of them is cut differently. Both are included as one piece as well.

This model is a wearable helmet. The helmet is quite big and is meant to be post-processed.

Files contain pieces of the helmet ready to be 3D printed and complete helmet files, that are not cut into smaller pieces.

Dimensions: In the widest parts it's bigger than 300 mm if printed in one part at 100% scale. It is sliced into smaller pieces, so you have the option to print it that way.

At 100% scale the inside dimensions of the helmet are: Width: 170mm Length: 215mm

PRINTER SETTINGS As the helmet is quite big, it is meant to be post-processed. We recommend a layer height of 0.1 to 0.3 mm on FDM printers. All parts are aligned to the printing platform for easy manipulation. Most of the parts need minimal or no use of printing supports to save printing time and filament. For reliable printing, we also recommend setting a brim to the helmets shell parts, because of their height and low thickness. It will ensure, that the parts will not come off the printing platform during the printing process. Printing settings will vary greatly depending on your specific printer.

Do you like the model and don't have a 3D printer? There are lots of people who offer 3D printing services these days. Try searching for someone who offers them in your area.

I used an Ender 3 Pro to print the pieces and then glued them together, it's a high quality helmet that's as close to the anime/manga/light-novel as you'll get. My head is pretty big so I tried printing it in it's original size, its a perfect fit when on but its a bit tight when taking it off which is fine with me. All that's left is to do is sand, prime, and paint it. It's a really good model, highly recommend.
