The waist part of the Drachen Armor set.

You need to print the dagger part 4 times to complete the set. They come with hole for inserting strap through the back for attaching to the waist.

For assembly, attach the tail part with strap to the waist. Then you need to attach straps to the waist at the pilot holes location in order to hold the daggers.
