1. PERMITTED USE (COMMERCIAL USE ALLOWED)This is a non-exclusive, perpetual, and worldwide license that allows you to:• Commercial and Personal Projects: Integrate the Assets into video games, animations, renders, digital media, simulations, and interactive projects, whether for-profit or non-profit.• Modification: Alter textures, adapt meshes (polygons), adjust color palettes, convert Voxels, or make any modifications to fit the Product perfectly into your project's visual identity.• Embedded Media: Distribute the Assets as an integral part of a final compiled executable software (such as a game in .exe, .apk, etc.), provided that the original modeling source files are not exposed and directly accessible for extraction by third parties.

2. STRICT RESTRICTION FOR ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (NO-AI)It is strictly prohibited to use any part, model, texture, pixel map, geometry, or data derived from the Assets for:• Feeding, training, fine-tuning, or validating Artificial Intelligence algorithms, generative neural networks, Machine Learning models, or automated diffusion/generation systems (such as text-to-3D, image-to-3D tools, or automated texture generators).• Automated generation of new models or textures that use these Assets as a computational, statistical, or conceptual data baseline.

3. GENERAL RESTRICTIONS• Prohibited Reselling or Redistribution: You may not resell, sub-license, donate, share, or redistribute the Assets (original or modified) as standalone files on any other marketplace, repository, or public/private forum.• Copyright: Title and intellectual property rights regarding the original design, Voxel arrangements, and art concepts contained within the Assets remain strictly with the original creator. This license transfers only the right of use, never the intellectual property of the Product.
