Hi,

Attached is the CAD file for a 5-inch freestyle drone frame. Freestyle frames are typically made from carbon fiber due to its strength and lightweight properties. However, be extremely cautious if you plan to cut it yourself, as carbon fiber can be hazardous without proper tools and protection.

If you're planning to fly gently—perhaps just to capture some stunning aerial footage—you can 3D print the frame as a temporary solution. Keep in mind, though, that for true FPV (First Person View) flying, carbon fiber is highly recommended for durability and performance. Aluminum is also a possible alternative but is generally heavier.

This frame follows the standard 5-inch freestyle design and uses a 30.5 x 30.5 mm mounting pattern for both the ESC and flight controller stack.
