also in the files are printable mounts for the PCBs

In the picture the panel thickness, and materials are:
(These are the dwg files)
TopPanel2DUpdatedWithCornerBolt - 1mm (acrylic)
MiddlePanel2D - 3mm (acrylic)
AluPanel2D - 3mm (Aluminium)
BottomPanel2D - 3mm (acrylic)

All panels were lasercut

The sections of the stick are designed to be printed seperatly on a build volume of 150mm x 150mm x 150mm or greater.

The sections fit together, and are held in place by:
8x 150mm M4 threaded steel rods for the fron and back sections(I used in M5 threaded rods, but I wished I had used M4 as it was difficult to get togther)
4x 200mm M4 threaded rods

  • M4 Nuts

There are 2x sections on the left side for DPDT slide switches. In the picture on switch is used for the LEDs to turn on and off.

Front section will require a Neutrik pass-through. In th epictures I have used a locking RJ45 pass through. Model: Neutrik NE8FDP.

Bolts for the Joystick mounting should be countersunk M4. M3 may work.
the 4 bolts for the corner pins that help keeo the acrylic down; in the pictures are 60mm.
Hi Fi Aluminium feet with an M4 thread bought from Ebay

I printed my stick in PLA, with a 35% honeycomb infil, this seemed to be perfect. I tried higher in fills when I was testing the prints and anything 35% started to make this super heavey especially when using an Aluminium control panel. This took about 1KG of PLA to print on my printer at the time.

As you can see I have printed this myself and it works great. The paint job could a lot better though. If more info is required Im happy to provide any that I can.

Please also be aware this model is provided as is and I take no responsibility for loss or damages resulting in using this model. Use at your own risk. Please be safe when printing and stuff and best of luck.

If people want a guide Im willing to write one if there is enough intrest.

An excellent resource for arcade sticks is the SRK forums which is full of knowledgable people who are super helpful.
