DESCRIPTION

Hi everyone! This is a -printable- working design of standard ball bearings, the ones found in fidget spinners. While there are other designs available, this one is optimized for FDM/FFF printers, even cheap ones, because of the small numbers of spheres and the meticulously calculated distance between elements.

The print requires absloutely no support, it works out of the box, as soon as the Printing is finished! Motion is dependent on the quality of your printer, more smoothness implies less friction... But it works nonetheless

Size is 608 standard 22 x 7 x 8 mm

4 different shrinkage options: .2, .3 and .4 (mm) so you can print it with every setting/material available. Also, a custom .4 on the spheres and inside faces, but none on the external diameter; useful for using the bearings on industrial grade equipment

Test printed on Zortrax M200 and test assembled to a common fidget spinner

NON castable and not tested with dlp/sla printers
