I designed a softbox speed ring adapter for an LED light bulb (https://www.cgtrader.com/3d-print-models/gadgets/video/elinchrom-speed-ring-led-light-bulb-adapter) and realized that I made the base vertical, so I came up with this adjustable angle adapter that works perfectly. As long as your light isn't too heavy, this angle adapter will allow you to easily tilt the light at various angles. When you print, I recommend that you print 100% fill so the parts are strong enough to support your light. Also, lay out the three parts as shown in the image and use supports.
