Syringe for: - sucking the ink from the bottle and filling the ink reservoirs of refillable printers.

• fill small perfume bottles from large ones Constitution: This syringe is made up of five parts: 1) the body 2) the piston seal 3) the piston 4) the fins 6) the base with nozzle. (I have planned three nozzles of 50 mm, 100 mm and 150 mm depending on the utility) Remarks : (I would like to advise from the material point of view the following cases 
• Parts are made of hard thermoset
• The piston seal is made of elastomer
• The volume of the body consists of 25 graduations of 2.6 mm each, the internal diameter of the body is 22 mm. That is to say, each graduation coresponds to 01 cl.
• The threading of the fins and body is a metric threading (pitch = 2.5 mm)
• The thread of the nozzles and body is a metric thread (pitch = .5 mm)
• Length of the open assembly (without the nozzle) is 109 mm
• Length of the closed assembly (without the nozzle) is 44 mm.
• The adjustment of the parts is uncertain, i.e. neither play nor tightness. Design and drawing: Design and drawing by solidworks 2021

• remplir les petites bouteilles de parfum à partir de grande Constitution : Cette seringue est composée decinq pièces : 1) le corps 2) le joint du piston 3) le piston 4)les aillettes 6) l’embase avec buse. ( j’ai prévu trois buses de 50 mm ,100 mm et 150 mm selon l’utilité ) Remarques : ( je tiens à conseiller du point de vue matériau les cas suivants 
• Les pièces sont constituées de thermodurcissable dur
• Le joint du piston est constitué d’élastomere
• Le volume du corps constitué de 25 graduations de 2.6 mm chacune , le diametre intérieur du corps est de 22 mm. C'est-à-dire chaque graduation corespond à 01 cl.
• Le filetage des aillettes et corps est un filtage métrique( le pas =2.5 mm)
• Le filetage des buses et corps est un filetage métrique ( le pas = .5 mm )
• Longueur de l’assemblage ouvert ( sans la buse ) est de 109 mm
• Longueur de l’assembla fermé ‘ sans la buse ) est de 44 mm.
