Jewelry box in the shape of a book with interlocking opening concealed in the spine. Consisting of seven plastic parts that are easy to print and assemble. The spring that allows the drawer to be ejected once freed from its block, consists of two harmonic steel strips with a length of 50 mm, width of 10 mm and thickness of 0.4 mm. All parts are glued. The thing that makes the object particularly suitable as a gift item, is the door on the back of the drawer in which you can insert a photo and a dedication. The complete object weighs about 500 grams. Particularly pleasant is the PLA/wood printing for the external part. For the drawer and the internal parts I find very well coordinated PLA / desert sand. Of course all combinations are possible; to your taste.
