Designs/Descriptions/Advantages

• This ziptie has two parts, rounded and locking part.
• You can cut out unnecessary extension of rounded part after you tighten it with locking part.
• It depends on your local filament and zip tie prices but its unit price comparing with mass produced ones is 1 to ~100. Meaning you can print hundreds of zip ties with cost of a commercial one(depends on your local pricing).
• It has handy design, flexible with PLA, ABS etc. and as it is dimensions.
• You need to pick approximate size for the rounded part and you can match them with same size or smaller one for locking part.
• You can print many zip ties in matter of minutes in a single printing.

Print Settings

• You can scale them up or down if you think it is necessary, however, flexibility feature actually decrease this kind of necessity. 300 % or more scale factor may result considerable loss of flexibility.
• You can use one or two layer of brim if you have adhesion problems. Also, you can try 5 or more vertical layers if you have hairy printing etc.
