3D FILE DETAILS

There is a 7/8dowel slot (for a 7/8 wooden dowel about 3 feet long) running from the handle into about 3 feet of the sword. 

There are also slots for 3D printable dowels.

1/4dowels - 5/8 long1/4dowels - 1.5 long5/8dowels - 3 long5/8dowels - 6 long

The sword can optionally be separated into 3 pieces with the use of 1/8" pin dowels that can be 3D printed and used with precut holes in the dowels. 

3D PRINTING RECOMMENDATIONS

I recommend printing the parts with two perimeter walls, 3% gyroid infill, at 0.2mm layer height. I also recommend using PLA+ filament as it is much stronger than PLA filament and requires less material to develop strength.

CONTACT AND MISCELLANEOUS

I did my best to position the seams to be hidden easily or easily sandable. I also positioned the slices to allow for preservation of the fine model details when you 3D print the pieces.
