The 3D Model is overall ok and works for 3D printing. You should use a slicer where you can define the supports as it definitely requires some at the head and the ears. If you use auto support it adds way too much that extends the print time drastically. Due to the fur surface it takes some time to print as also in some slicers to calculate i would suggest Prusa/Super Slicer as this was the fastest and gave with stock setting the best result.
