I need your help with a review. I bought a Batman figure, but it’s incomplete—I only received the Batman model without its base. Is there anything you can do to help? Could you send me the base, or should I get a refund? Without the base, the figure is useless to me.

Overall great quality and detail, but for the price I expect good pre-supports. The files I received had no supports. Not a huge problem, but a little disappointing for a premium file designed for printing, specifically.
