The Weld-Blundell Prism (WB), dating to around 1800 BCE, is a clay prism inscribed with the Sumerian King List. Discovered in Larsa, Iraq, in 1922 and now housed in the Ashmolean Museum, it's considered the most complete version of this list, which details Sumerian kings from antediluvian times to Sin-magir of the Isin dynasty. While some kings, particularly the earliest, are credited with extremely long reigns, leading some scholars to view the list as more artistic than purely historical.According to Gertoux, these extremely long reigns results of a wrong reading of the number 1 and 60, very similar in sumerian.
