The modeling is actually quite basic, and with a lot of problems : overlapping faces, the scale isn't correct. The modeling is probably not from a professional.
I noticed all of this when unwrapping the model, it took me almost the same time to clean the model than if I had to model it by myself.
If it is just for a quick render or for a BG, it is fine, but for professional purposes and close up, the modeling is too basic, and a bit bad.
